I can’t stop. I’ll start thinking “was it rude of me to do that/was it weird of me to say that/was it invasive of me to ask that/was it embarrassing of me to do that?” it’s almost like I think all my thoughts and actions are annoying, embarrassing, too loud, too much and I’m just overall hated by everyone or something even if it’s false
